The information provided through our tools, reports, and intelligence dashboard does not constitute insurance advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to purchase, cancel, or modify any insurance policy. All insurance decisions should be made in consultation with a licensed insurance professional.
Policy scores represent Toolcit's analytical assessment based on publicly available data from AM Best, the California Department of Insurance (CDI), the U.S. Treasury Federal Insurance Office (FIO), and other public sources. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is current or error-free. Benchmarks are statistical estimates and may not reflect your specific property characteristics, claims history, or underwriting factors.
Carrier names, AM Best ratings, market status, and other carrier data are sourced from public records and are used for identification and informational purposes under nominative fair use. Toolcit is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any insurance carrier referenced on this platform. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
When you request an agent referral, your contact information is shared with independently licensed insurance professionals. Toolcit may receive compensation from participating agents for referrals. You are under no obligation to purchase insurance from any referred agent. Referral partners are independently licensed by the California Department of Insurance. See CA Insurance Code §§1623, 1724.5.
Toolcit provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to decisions made based on policy scores, benchmark data, or carrier information.
The scoring algorithm, data compilation, user interface, and content on toolcit.io are the intellectual property of Toolcit, Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
